For the inside of your property:

• Change a/c filters
• Smoke detector status
• Check screens and windows
• Check for signs of water damage, mold, and mildew
• Check for signs of unwanted pest activity
• Cycle water throughout the property
• Verify a/c and humidistat settings
• Check refrigerator and freezer for proper operation and temperature control
• Check breaker box

For the exterior of your property:

• Inspect outdoor lights and condition
• Check screens and windows for tampering and/or damage
• Check a/c unit
• Check condition of pool and pool equipment
• Check lanai for unusual activity
• Check grounds for water or pest issues

• Pick up and drop off of dry cleaning
• Receipt and tracking of packages
• Meeting your hired services, such as cable/internet installer, repair personnel and the alike
•  Adjusting tempatures and timers to your personal preference
• Referrals
