Why do I need home-watch?
Things like water leaks, electrical problems, insects, mold, and HVAC issues can go awry at any time. We provide you with peace of mind by physically visiting your property on an agreed to regular and consist basis.

How Often Should I have My Home Checked?
While this is completely your choice, we recommend weekly visits. We do suggest, however, that your on-site visits are at least on a bi-weekly rotation.

Yes, you will receive an electronic message at the completion of our onsite visit,

What if a situation arises?
We will contact you immediately and provide assistance to rectify the situation, whether we're handling the issue ourselves or by engaging a certified professional, we'll be an extension of you.
